IMPREZZI Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

IMPREZZI is committed to providing a safe environment for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We strictly prohibit the following on our platform:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual depictions (photos, videos, or AI-generated imagery) of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

  • Grooming: Any behavior intended to establish an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.

  • Sextortion: Threatening to release private images or information to coerce a minor into sexual acts or further imagery.

  • Sexualization of Minors: Content that objectifies or portrays minors in a sexualized context.

3. Detection and Moderation

To enforce these standards, IMPREZZI employs the following approaches

  • Human Review: Our dedicated moderation team reviews flagged content 24/7 to ensure accuracy in enforcement.

  • Proactive Monitoring: We monitor platform trends to identify and mitigate emerging risks to child safety.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide tools for our users to help keep the platform safe:

  • In-App Reporting: Users can report events by clicking the "Report event" button and selecting "Not safe for children" or "Inappropriate Content."

  • External Reporting: We encourage users to report illegal content directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We comply with all legal obligations regarding child safety, including the U.S. PROTECT Act. We proactively report all confirmed instances of CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies globally to assist in the prosecution of offenders.
